Groundnut oil and refined palmolein eased further in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following lower demand from stockists and retailers.
While, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil dropped by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 940 from Wednesday's close at Rs 950 and refined palmolein edged down by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 545 as against Rs 548 yesterday.
Moving to the non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseeds oil closed unchanged at Rs 4,525 per 100 kg, Rs 935 per 10 kg and Rs 780 per 10 kg, respectively.
