Engineer of state owned thermal plant found murdered

An Executive Engineer of state-owned thermal power plant was today found murdered near Kudithini here, police said.

The body of Ramesh, working at the Bellary Thermal Power Station at Kudithini was found by villagers by the roadside with his head smashed by a boulder.

The motive behind the murder was not known, police said.
