Australian actress Sophie Monk is under the care of doctors in Dubai after she fell ill on a trip to the United Arab Emirates (Uae).

The 34-year-old actress has posted a picture on her Instagram page showing herself surrounded by a team of nurses in her hotel room, reported Contactmusic.

In the accompanying caption, she wrote, "Balls! A day with doctors and tests was not on my list of holiday activities! Unless they have a tan injection."

Monk later added a photo of one of her severely swollen feet and suggested she might have suffered an allergic reaction.
