An eunuch was shot at allegedly by
a group of eunuchs in Ghazipur area of east Delhi here last night.
Police said the incident took place around 11 PM last night when the victim, identified as Rashi, had gone to see a movie at the mall.
According to police, when the person was looking for a transport to reach home four eunuchs came in a car and stopped it near Rashi. All accused then forced Rashi and dragged inside the car and drove away.
"The accused took the victim to the forest area where they opened fire at Rashi and fled the spot. A passerby noticed Rashi lying in a pool of blood and informed the police," said a senior police officer.
Rashi was taken to Lal Bahadur Shastri hospital where she is undergoing treatment.
"A case has been reigistered in connection with the incident.
