EXL launches development centre in Bangalore

EXL today launched a new development centre in Bangalore aimed at strengthening the BPM major's finance and accounting (F&A) capabilities.

The centre will enhance business impact delivered to clients by strengthening EXL's competencies in the F&A services and by developing trained, experienced and skilled finance professional, it said in a statement.

"EXL recognises the dynamic changes in the global business environment and the need for its finance & accounting professionals to keep abreast with the ever changing regulatory, reporting and compliance requirements," EXL Senior Vice President and Business Leader F&A Narasimha Kini said.

The learning curriculum, which integrates components like specialised domain knowledge, operational excellence, analytics, industry research and technology, will provide a robust and holistic learning path to F&A professionals at EXL.
