Indian boxers continued to set the ring ablaze in the AIBA Women's Junior World Championships with five of them advancing to the finals here today.
Soniya (48 kg), Savita (50 kg), Mandeep Sandhu (52 kg), Sakshi (54 kg) and Niharika Gonella (70 kg) entered the finals of the event on a good day for the Indians.
Soniya defeated Thailand's Phunsang Chiranchaya 2-1, while Savita got the better of Turkey's Cumentor Ayten 3-0.

Mandeep edged past French girl Wonyou Johanna 2-1. Sakshi, on the other hand, outpunched Thailand's Tintabthai Preedakamon via a Technical Knockout.
Niharika also defeated China's Yue Yuan through a Technical Knockout to enter the summit clash.
