Five killed in Raj mishap

Five people were killed when a car carrying them collided with a tanker in Rajasthan's Nagaur district, police said today.

The mishap occurred in Maulasar police station area yesterday when the victims were on their way to attend a marriage function in Bajor village of Sikar district.

Gopal Bharti, Rakesh Bharti, Aarti and Sripal died on the spot while Raju succumbed to critical injuries at a hospital, police said, adding that the bodies were handed over to family members after post-mortem.
