Four minors were today rescued as police arrested three members of a gang allegedly involved in pushing girls into flesh trade.
According to police, the alleged gang was busted during inquiries to trace a minor girl who was reported missing about 10 days back.
Police said that the girl somehow landed in the clutches of the gang. However, she had a cellphone with her which she used to get in touch yesterday with her parents, who thereafter notified police. Meanwhile, her cellphone was found switched off.

A team which is part of local police's 'Operation Smile', an endeavour to trace missing children, was tasked with recovering the missing girl and it used electronic surveillance to trace her location.
The nodal officer of 'Operation Smile', DSP Rann Vijay Singh said that a police team eventually raided a house in Sitapuri colony under Dabri police station in Delhi and rescued the captive girl along with three other minor girls.
Three persons -- Raju, Ajay and Rajan -- have been arrested in this connection, Singh said, adding that police are trying to locate the parents of the other three rescued girls.
