Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that his government's aim was to bring a change in the life of the poor.
He said everyone should make efforts to make Jharkhand among the developed states, an official release said.
Mukya Mantri Laghu and Kutir Udyog Bikas Board (Small and Cottage Enterprise Development Board) has been set up to make the people of the villages skilled and connect them with employment, Das said, adding this board would connect people with employment at the village level.

The chief minister said a total 260 block coordinators would be there under 24 district coordinators and block coordinator would select village coordinators, in which women would be given priority.
Thereafter, a survey would be carried out on the geographical situation of the village and its production, on which Board would be set up, he said, adding the Board should function professionally.
District coordinators would keep vigil on block coordinators and the latter would keep vigil on the work done at village level, he said, adding review would be done every three months.
There would be competition among districts and blocks and the best among them would be given prize, the chief minister said.
"Our government's basic mantra is sab ka saath sabka vikas (together with all, development for all)," Das said and stressed upon working at the ground level in the interest of everyone. There should not be any partiality in the name of religion, caste or anything, he said.
The chief minister said the state is poor despite having mineral and forest resources and poverty should be rooted out.
