GRP recovers Rs 20 lakh unaccounted cash from passenger

GRP today recovered unaccounted cash of Rs 20 lakh from a passenger in a train at Ajmer during checking.

A team of GRP was checking the trains and checked a bag in a coach of Katra-Ahmedabad train, which contained Rs 20 lakh. The bag belonged to a passenger named Taleeb Khan, SP GRP Omprakash said.

The cash is unaccounted and he could not give a satisfactory answer. The cash has been seized, he said.
