Idol stolen from temple

An idol was stolen from a

Charbhujanath temple in Mandalgarh town of the district, police said today.

The matter came to light early this morning when the temple gates were opened.

Charbhuja is a famous temple of the lord Vishnu in the Garhbor village in Rajasthan.

Enraged over the incident, markets in the town were closed with locals demanding immediate arrest of the culprits, police said.

"A team has been made to investigate the case and nab the thieves," Dharmendra Kumar, CO Mandalgarh said.
