Nine pilgrims were injured in a landslide, triggered by heavy rains, along the Vaishnodevi cave shrine track iu Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district, police said today.
The landslide occurred between Adhkuwari and Bhawan at Devi Dwar in Katra belt late last night injuring nine devotees hailing from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal.
The injured were taken to the base camp at Katra from where they were shifted to the Government Medical College Hospital, Jammu, for treatment, police said.

Later, the track was cleared leading to resumption of the pilgrimage, they said.
Since Friday, Vaishnodevi shrine has been witnessing heavy rush of pilgrims.
On Friday and Saturday, over 51000 and 52000 pilgrims left for the holy cave shrine from Katra, officials said.
