Light rains bring down temperature in Rajasthan

Light rains triggered by western disturbance at isolated pockets brought down day temperatures by in some parts of Rajasthan today.

Jaisalmer and Sriganganagar recorded 17 and 0.2 mm rain respectively till evening, according to MeT department here.

Jaisalmer today recorded a maximum temperature of 28.4 degree Celsius, 8 degree below normal.

The department has predicted hailstorm or thunderstorm at one or two places in north Rajasthan during next 12 hours.
