Madras HC advocates boycott court proceedings

Lawyers practising at the Madras High Court today boycotted court proceedings, condemning the attack on lawyers in Jaipur by police last week.

Advocates protested the police action and shouted slogans, demanding that the guilty be brought to book.

The court proceedings were partially disrupted.
