Man drowns into pond

A 35-year-old man allegedly

fell into a pond in an inebriated condition and drowned into it in Surajpur area, police said here today.

Kisan Kumar, who worked at a private company in Greater Noida, was returning home last night in an inebriated condition when he slipped and fell into a pond, police said.

His body was spotted by the villagers this morning.
