A 43-year-old man was allegedly poisoned to death by his wife and her paramour at Jungle Purva village in Mehmoodabad area here, police said today.
The victim, identified as Chotey Lal was last night poisoned by his wife Suneeta and her lover Inder Kumar, they said.
Inder Kumar was cousin of victim Chotey Lal and helped her in this murder, they said.
The body has been sent for postmortem, they said.
A case has been registered against the two in this regard who are absconding, they added.
