Megasthenes lift DSSC Trophy

Megasthenes ridden by P Ajeeth K won the Defence Services Staff College Trophy, the chief event of the races here today.

The winner, trained by R Karthik, is owned by M A M R Muthiah.

Trainers Saddam Iqbal and Karthik saddled two winners each while jockey C Umesh rode three winners.

Only one favourite obliged the punters in a card of seven events.
