Two teenage sisters today filed a
police complaint alleging that they were raped by two youths at Tahliwal in the district.
The girls, aged 14 years and 15 years, made a complaint, alleging that they were allegedly raped by two youths, who were known to them, in separate incidents, police said.
The elder sister alleged that she was raped in August and and September near Tahliwal by a youth named S Kumar.
The younger sister also alleged that she was raped by another youth A Kumar in July and October while returning home at Tahliwal.
The victims said that the accused were known to them and had threatened them with dire consequences if they told about the incidents to any one.
The two accused are absconding.
