Miscreants loot Rs 15 L from cashier of petrol pump in Rajasthan

Two motorcycle-borne miscreants today robbed Rs 15 lakh from the cashier of a petrol pump in Rajasthan's Churu district, police said.

The cashier, Mahendra Kumar Sharma (48), along with his father Jagdish Sharma (60), was on his way to the petrol pump from his house in the Bidasar area when the accused hurled chili powder at them and robbed their bag containing Rs 15 lakh in cash, they said.

A hunt has been launched to nab the accused, police added.
