Modi's second rally in Jharkhand on March 24

BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a rally in Jharkhand's second capital Dumka on March 24.

Party's President Rajnath Singh will also accompany him, BJP's media in-charge Samar Agarwal said here.

This would be the Gujarat chief minister's second rally in the city after December 29 last in Ranchi.
