Murder convict escapes from open jail
A prisoner serving life imprisonment managed to escape from an open jail in the district, police said today.
Billu alias Shyam Singh Meena, a murder convict, was in the Bichwal open jail since 2000 and managed to get out yesterday, they said.
A search was on to nab him.
