Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said negative thoughts might make (one) famous but not help him attain accomplishment.
Addressing a programme organised by a news agency here, he said due to negative thoughts and negative politics development in the past had been hit, a press release quoting him said.
Stating that some people still indulged in negative politics, Das asserted they would not be successful.
He said the government was run not by slogans, but by rules and intention.
"And this is the reason that when my government came rules were made and implemented in good intention," he said.
He said despite being a resourceful state, the stain of poverty remained with Jharkhand, and it has to be erased.
Das said his government initiated several poverty-eradication schemes to give the people opportunities to increase income - one of them being two cows for a poor family.
