New bishop for Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church

D was consecrated as the 13th of Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church in a ceremony held at Tarangambadi in Nagapattinam district Monday.

After the consecration ceremony, a felicitation meeting was held.
