Pilgrim dies after being electrocuted

A 55-year-old pilgrim died after being electrocuted in Shri Ji temple Barsana this morning, police said.

"Bhagwan (55) was going to pay his obeisance to deity when he touched a water cooler and was electrocuted," police said.

"The power supply was immediately snapped," they said.

There was commotion in the temple for a while but normalcy was later restored.

No FIR has been registered and the matter is under investigation.
