P R Siva, who was inducted into the Rangasamy led AINRC ministry in Puducherry has been earmarked the portfolios eleven days after he was sworn in.
Siva told PTI that he had been allocated the portfolios of Fisheries, Transport, Higher Education, Backward Class Welfare and Automobile workshop.
Siva elected from Tirunallar Assembly constituency in Karaikal is the sixth minister in the cabinet which includes the Chief Minister.
Official sources said that the allocation of portfolios was approved by Lt Governor and necessary statutory notification was also issued today.
