Udiyan Bose struck an unbeaten 95 to steer Tripura to 223 for 7 against Himachal Pradesh on the opening day of their Ranji Trophy cricket match here today.
Put in to bat, Tripura wobbled throughout their first innings and barring two fifty partnerships for the third and fifth wickets, they were unable to build stable stands in the Group C match at the HPCA Stadium.
Bose was involved in both, with Parvinder Singh (23) and all-rounder Manisankar Murasingh (44), the next highest contributor for Tripura.
