Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today held protest demonstration in Jammu against the acquittal of Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in anti-Sikh riot case.

Over 100 protesters held demonstrations in the border town of RS Pura in Jammu district today and resorted to anti-Congress sloganeering.

They also burnt an effigy of Sajjan Kumar.

Protesters blamed the Congress for acquittal of Jagdish Tytler amid "discriminatory justice system" and demanded stringent punishment to those involvement in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
