Radhamadhab Dash appointed as new VC of Sanskrit Varsity

Odisha Governor and Chancellor OF Shri Jagannath Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya, Puri, S C Jamir today appointed Radhamadhab Dash as its new vice-chancellor.

Dash will succeed Gangadhar Panda whose tenure ends on August 11. He was selected from among three candidates, an official release said.

Dash, pressently serving as Professor in post graduate department of Sanskrit in Utkal University, Vani Vihar and two time head of th department, has been appointed for three years.

He has knowledge in Russian, German, spoken Japanese and intermediate level of Thai language.
