Rajasthan govt to provide 1.20 lakh new jobs: Raje

Aiming to create 15 lakh jobs in her five-year tenure, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today said that 1.20 lakh new government jobs would be given shortly.

"BJP has promised to create 15 lakh jobs in five years, the state government has already provided employment to 53,000 youths and 1.20 lakh jobs would be given shortly," she said at the inauguration of BJYM's Panch-Kranti Doot.

Youths should get jobs in private sector too. Keeping this in mind, the state government has started Deendayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Scheme to impart them skills for better jobs in companies, Raje said.

She called upon youth affiliated to BJYM that they should create awareness about government's schemes like Skill Development, Make in India, Women Development Scheme, and Yoga in the society.
 

Youngsters should come forward to contribute in development of strong, capable and glorious India as promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, she said.

BJP Rashtriya Sah-Sangathan Mantri V Satish, BJYM state President and MP C P Joshi and MLA Shatrughan Gautam were among other speakers at the function.

Panch Kranti Doot of BJYM from all 33 districts of the state participated in the event.
