Rangasamy calls on PM in New Delhi

Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy today called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, officials said.

Official sources said it was a courtesy meeting.

He also met the Minister of State for Textiles (Independent charge) Santosh Gangwar and was accompanied by the Lok Sabha member from Puducherry R Radhakrishnan and chairman of Puducherry government run AFT mills V Bhalan, MLA.

Sources close to the Chief Minister here said Rangasamy put forth Puducherry's demands like promoting developmental programmes during his meeting with the Prime Minister.
