A realtor was robbed of Rs 2 lakh at gun point today by bike-borne miscreants near Ajanta Textiles factory on the Air Force Station-Karhera village road.

Assistant Superintendent of Police Ashish Srivastava said 40-year-old realtor Anurag Tyagi withdrew Rs 2 lakh from ICICI Bank's Kaushambi branch and was returning home when two bike-borne youths stopped him on pretext of enquiring about some address.

When Tyagi was directing them, the duo trained a gun on him and asked him to hand over the money. Frightened, Tyagi handed over the money to them.

Police have registered registered a case and are investigating the matter, Srivastava added.
