Rs 40 lakh looted from petrol pump employee in Raj

Unidentified persons today robbed a petrol pump employee of Rs 40 lakh on the Jaisalmer highway here, police said.

Vinod Kumar was on his way to a bank to deposit the amount when the accused accosted him and threw red chili powder in his eyes and fled away with the money, they said.

A hunt is on to nab the accused, police said.
