School principal suspended

A lady principal of a government school in Jalandhar district was suspended today on charges of indiscipline and dereliction of duty.

Garo Devi, Principal of Government Senior Secondary School at Chitti in Jalandhar, was placed under suspension by Punjab Education minister Sikander Singh Maluka, an official spokesman said.

She was suspended on charges of indiscipline and derelicion of duty, he said.
