Small sugar eases in lacklustre trade

Small sugar eased in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi wholesale market here today on sluggish demand from stockists and bulk consumers.

While, medium sugar held stable in absence of any large-scale buying.

Small sugar (S-30) edged down by Rs 2/4 per quintal to Rs 3,730/3,806 from Monday's close of Rs 3,732/3,810.

Medium sugar (S-30) closed unchanged at Rs 3,810/3,992.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,730/3,806 (Rs 3,732/3,810).
