Prices of small sugar maintained downtrend in an otherwise listless Vashi wholesale market following lower demand from stockists and retailers amidst ample supply positions.
Medium sugar held stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Small sugar (S-30) down by Rs 11 per quintal to Rs 3,546/3,751 from last Saturday's close at Rs 3,546/3,762.
Medium sugar (M-30) closed unchanged at Rs 3,642/3,892 per quintal.
