'The Fosters' replaces Jake T Austin with Noah Centineo

Noah Centineo has replaced Jake T Austin as Jesus on the family drama "The Fosters".

Centineo, who is also known for his role as Dallas on Disney Channel's series "Austin & Ally", will make his debut on the ABC drama when the show returns for the second half of its third season in 2016, reported Aceshobwiz.

Austin announced his departure from "The Fosters" on March 23 following the shocking season two finale.

"The Fosters" airs on ABC Family.
