Three injured in group clash over religious rally

The incident took place last evening when some people from a particular community objected to the use of drums and slogan-raising during a rally taken out by the Hindu Swabhiman Sansthan, Circle Officer Rammurat Yadav said.

Later, both the groups resorted to stone pelting and firing, during which three persons were injured, he said.

No case has been registered so far while huge number of police personnel were deployed in the area to prevent any untoward incident.
