Three persons killed by elephants in Jalpaiguri district

Three persons were today killed by elephants in Jalpaiguri district, Forest department officers said.

Three persons came before a small herd of elephants at Kathambari area of the district which attacked and killed them, the sources said.

Senior Forest department officials have rushed to the spot, they added.
