Trump says Russia blast a 'terrible thing'

US President Donald Trump today decried a blast on the Saint Petersburg metro that killed 10 people and injured dozens more.

Trump described the incident -- which is being treated by the Russian authorities as an act of terror -- as a "terrible thing."

"Happening all over the world, absolutely a terrible thing," he said during an event at the White House.
