'Tussle' between Delhi transport minister, secy blamed for delay in rolling out common mobility card

The formal rolling out of common mobility card scheme and the multi-functional transport app has been delayed due to a "tussle" between transport and the department's top officer, an claimed.

DTC and cluster scheme buses, have been readied for acceptance of Metro as a mode of payment for purchasing tickets.
