Two homeless men died after they were run over by a truck when they were sleeping on a street in north Delhi's Civil Lines, police said today.
The trcuk's driver fled from the spot leaving the vehicle behind after the incident on Saturday, they said.
The police suspect that the driver lost control over the wheels after one of the tyres punctured.

Passersby informed the police and the two men were rushed to a hospital, where they were declared brought dead by doctors.
The deceased were yet to be identified.
In another incident, a BMW car hit an auto-rickshaw in east Delhi's Mayur Vihar, injuring the driver of the three- wheeler on Friday night.
The police were investigating whether the BMW driver was drunk. The accused was arrested from the spot.
The injured driver was being treated at a hospital.
