Villager injured in land mine blast in Poonch

A villager was injured in a mine blast along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.

During grazing of cattles, Mohmmad Bashir stepped on the mine in the Bagiyal Dara forward belt in Poonch district yesterday resulting in the blast, they said.

He has been admitted to a hospital, they said, adding a case has been registered by the police.
