Warm, partly cloudy morning in Delhi

It was a warm and partially cloudy morning in the national capital as the mercury settled at 17 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.

A MeT Department official said the relative humidity was 77 per cent.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 17 degrees Celsius and the weatherman forecast clear skies with the maximum temperature hovering around 31 degrees, the official said.
