Weather remains dry in Raj

Weather remained mainly dry in parts of Rajasthan with Kota recording a maximum of 39.9 degrees Celsius.

According to MeT office, Jaipur, Barmer, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Churu, and Pilani recorded maximum of 38.9, 38.6, 37.7, 37.1, 37 and 36.6 degrees C respectively whereas other places recorded day temperature between 33.8 degrees C and 36.5 degrees C.

Meanwhile, few places in Bikaner and Udaipur divisions and isolated places in Jaipur and Jodhpur divisions recorded light to moderate rainfall.

MeT office, in a forecast, said duststorms with rain may occur at isolated places in the state during next 24 hours.
