Woman and two children critical after attempting suicide

The woman Sita Devi of Teliari village under Bhawanipur police station area fed the poison to her six year-old son Sumaran Oraon and three year-old daughter Muskan before consuming it herself, the sources said.

They were admitted to the primary health centre in critical a condition where doctors referred them to the Sadar hospital, the in-charge Prakash Mishra said.

The woman took the step following a quarrel with her mother in-law, the sources said.
