A 28-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly entering a Central Reserve Police Force camp, near Sutiyana village here, posing as a steno in the para-military force, police said today.
"The incident happened around 8 PM yesterday when Monika, a resident of Karnal in Haryana, wearing CRPF uniform, entered the camp posing as a steno," DSP Rakesh Kumar said.
CRPF officiers got suspicious and inquired her, during which it was found that she was not working with the force.
Following which, Assistant Commandant Mohan Singh informed the Ecotech police, which rushed to the spot and arrested her, the official said.
Kumar said woman also confessed that she had delibrately entetred the camp.
