MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russia-led Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development said on Friday it had transferred a $200 million loan tranche to Belarus.
Belarus had previously received $1.6 billion of a $2 billion loan the Eurasian Fund agreed with Minsk in 2016. It said in June it expected to receive $400 million by the end of the year.
