Alopa Networks, the Silicon valley start-up company with development centres in India and the US, specialising in broad-band subscriber service solutions, has announced the introduction of its service creattion system (SCS). According to a press release issued here, SCS is a comprehensive framework for enabling rapid creation and deployment of new broad-band service within the provider infrastructure.
