Essel Packaging Net Profit At Rs 36.64 Crore In 1999-00

Essel Packaging has reported a net profit of Rs 36.64 crore during the financial year ended 31 March 2000. The company's gross sales increased to Rs 248.40 crore during the year from the previous Rs 185.9 crore in the same period previous year. The company's profit before tax jumped to Rs 50.73 crore as compared with the previous Rs 32.31 crore.
