Wheat sown in ordinary soil is capable of curing diseases like cancer, according to scientists, who have proved that wheat grass juice contains vitamin A 18,000 international units/100 gm, vitamin C-100 mg/100gm, vitamin B,E, K and Laetrile-B. It also contains carbohydrates, proteins and fat. Laetrile can cure cancer. Green plants synthesise their food with the help of chlorophyll in the presence of sunlight. Scientists have confirmed that the wheat plant contains the best nutritious chlorophyll.

According to the scientists chlorophyll is a powerful anti-bacterial capable of curing disorders of heart, skin, nerves, ulcer,etc. The grass juice is prepared throughout the year and is much cheaper. Hence, the authorities concerned should take all steps to popularise its consumption.
